Maintenance Management Ltd was established in 2001 to serve the maintenance needs of John Lewis with the addition of Waitrose in 2006; we are proud of this partnership continuing to this day.
In 2007 we established an office in Lille, France, and added Auchan to our customer base. Subsequently in 2012 we were successful in winning the maintenance contract with Morrisons, adding another prestigious retailer to our portfolio. This year Celesio (incorporating AAH distribution sites and Lloyds Pharmacy) was the latest addition to our portfolio. We are therefore privileged to be working with some of the largest and most successful retailers not only in the UK, but throughout Europe.
Today we are responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of over 3,500 sites with a variety of uses which include retail premises, offices, distribution centres, manufacturing sites, leisure facilities and even abattoirs.
In addition to maintenance services, our Inventory Management team manage and facilitate the supply of parts and consumables.
Over the years we have also worked with Alliance Boots, Mapeley Estates, One Stop convenience stores, Budgens supermarkets, and have provided refrigeration consultancy to a number of the UK’s largest fast-food retailers.
Aside from our maintenance contracts we have been working with another retailer since 2012 on a project to asset tag their entire UK estate; we completed this project ahead of schedule and under budget.
