The Helpdesk, within our Customer Experience Centre, is at the heart of the service we provide and is at the forefront of our communication with customers and suppliers alike. The skill and experience of our representatives is critical when communicating with your teams and suppliers, and we are very proud of the high levels of service our Customer Experience Representatives deliver. Our Helpdesk adds considerable value in service, but is also a component in cost reduction through the avoidance of duplicate calls and has the ability to bundle or batch works ensuring your budget is protected from wastage.
