Maintenance Management Ltd (MML) unveils new brand following acquisition
MML, one of the UK’s largest managing agents in facilities management has today (24 January) marked the final phase of its integration with City, by revealing a new logo and brand identity.
The ‘connection’ with the City brand and over 35 years of experience and heritage will only serve to solidify MML’s foothold in the marketplace as one of the UK’s leading managing agents in the provision of facilities management services.
The new identity will also support MML’s growth aspirations in retail, leisure and hospitality and telecoms sectors across the length and breadth of the UK.
Marc Pinder, Managing Director of MML said:
“We are extremely proud and excited to reveal a fresh new look for MML as part a phased integration process.
“Our brand now reflects not only our connection to the City group of companies but also a gateway to a global business which will support our drive for long term growth and continually improving the services which we offer to our customers.”
MML has worked in partnership with some of the UK’s largest retailers for over 16 years and like its parent company, has a strong focus on long term partnerships.
The move to re-brand comes as part of a wider integration strategy in which MML will see a significant investment in refurbishing its head office, in Milton Keynes and developing the people which very much remain at the heart of the business.
Michael Hughes, CEO of City Facilities Management Ltd said:
“Reinvigorating the MML brand is a vital component in bringing together the best of both companies.
“The final phase of the integration means a number of benefits for our people and our customers including an exciting revamp of the office space and diversifying our services to include a managing agent model.
“We also hope that MML’s existing partnerships will benefit from being part of a global business which is focused on partnerships, innovation, data and technology.”
