Celesio Helpdesk takes its first call

Following a successful mobilisation project, the Celesio helpdesk took its first call on 1st May 2015.

Toni Green, Celesio Helpdesk Manager, explains that the team have been looking forward to the first call coming in. “The countdown to the first call coming through on a new desk is always exciting. The team have been undergoing training and have visited some of the new client’s sites, and they are all now ready to get down to work!”
